Report a safety concern
The fastest path is inside the app: touch and hold any member (or use the report option in chat and check-in screens) to block and report them. Blocking is instant and permanent. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours, and physical-safety reports are prioritized ahead of everything else. You can also email us; put "SAFETY" in the subject line.
Billing: free meetups, passes, and Plus
Your first meetup is free. After that a Meetup Pass ($1.99) covers one meetup, or Pheelo Plus ($12.99/month) makes them unlimited and adds mixed groups, deeper matching, and Group Ideas. Both are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. To cancel or manage it: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pheelo Plus. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If anything looks wrong, email us and we will help you sort it out with Apple.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, matching signals, messages, and feedback within 30 days. If you cannot access the app, email us from your account email address and we will delete it for you.
Beta access
Pheelo is in private beta on iOS, starting in Denver. Email support@pheelo.app with the subject "Denver beta invite" and we will add you as testing slots open.
